Mycenae was a fortified late Bronze Age city located between two hills on the Argolid plain of the Peloponnese, Greece. Above is the Lions Gate.

Nafplio

Nafplio is a seaport town in the Peloponnese in Greece that has
expanded up the hillsides near the north end of the Argolic Gulf.

It was so hot in Greece in August that we returned to the hotel for a swim before going back out when the air cooled.
